  • Loan repayment: 6 months, interest-free first 3 months, 10% p.a. after, 15% if overdue.
  • Investments in low-risk assets like Money Market Funds, SACCOs, land, renewable energy, and waste recycling.

  • Support for burglary, fire, floods: Up to Kshs 20,000/- once per year.
  • Qualification: Consistent attendance, contributions, participation.
