Where a matter requires broader organizational or constitutional authority, the Committee shall make a formal recommendation to the Chairman or the appropriate leadership organ for determination.

6. Our Commitment

VoG believes that healthy organizations are built through honest conversations, responsible leadership, accountability, forgiveness, and mutual respect. The Arbitration & Members Welfare Committee therefore serves not merely as a disciplinary body, but as an instrument for peace, reconciliation, growth, and organizational stability.
