Who can become a member of Voice of Growth Intl.?
Membership is open to anyone who shares our vision of spiritual, social, and economic growth. Members must be willing to follow the organization’s constitution, pay the required membership and monthly contributions, and actively participate in meetings and community activities.
What are the membership fees and monthly contributions?
New members pay a one-time membership fee of KES 1,000. Thereafter, members contribute KES 500 per month. In special circumstances, a member may apply for a reduced contribution (minimum KES 200), subject to approval by the general meeting.
What kind of welfare and emergency support do members receive?
Members may receive financial assistance during hospitalization, illness, bereavement, fire, floods, burglary, eviction, or other distress situations. Support is provided according to set guidelines and is based on consistent participation and contributions.
How do member loans work?
Loans are issued based on a member’s total contributions (shares). Loans may be granted for medical emergencies, school fees, rent distress, and other essential needs. Repayment is up to six months, with no interest in the first three months and minimal interest thereafter.
Can a member access benefits immediately after joining?
Some benefits require a minimum period of consistent contribution and participation. This ensures fairness, sustainability, and accountability within the group. Specific eligibility conditions are communicated clearly to all members.
How is transparency and accountability maintained?
The organization operates through a Management Committee with clear governance structures. Regular financial reports, member meetings, and collective decision-making ensure transparency, accountability, and trust among all members.
